Suite Amenities & Operation

Climate Control: The suite temperature is preset to 72 degrees. You may adjust the Peco or Lux Pro thermostat between 68 and 82 degrees fahrenheit.

Washer and Dryer: Units are stacked and located in the hallway next to the entrance door.

Dishwasher: Use only the provided dishwashing detergent pods found under the sink. Do not use liquid detergent.

Stove and Oven: An electric stovetop is available for use. For safety, do not place any items on top of the stove except for pots and pans.

Refrigerator: Your suite includes a top-of-the-line refrigerator.

HD TV and Streaming: Each suite features an HD Smart TV loaded with streaming apps. Enjoy complimentary movies and shows on Tubi TV (no login required). You are also more than welcome to log into your personal accounts on Netflix, Hulu, or any other preferred apps during your stay; just remember to log out before you check out!

Trash rooms (housing the chutes and recycling bins) are located on every floor:

‍Tower 1: Right next to the elevators.

‍Tower 2: Next to the units ending in -04 on each floor.

‍Chute Guidelines:

Standard Trash: All disposable trash must be bagged in plastic before being placed in the chute.

‍Recycling: Please separate recyclables and place them directly into the blue bins inside the room.

‍Pizza Boxes: Do not place pizza boxes in the chute as they cause clogging. Please leave them neatly inside the trash room.

There is public transportation in the area, but having a car is highly recommended.

The avenue conveniently runs parallel to the beach and, as you head south, alongside Ocean Drive. You can find trolleys or local buses that can take you to great restaurants and shopping destinations throughout the area. It is a pedestrian-friendly and vibrant avenue with plenty to see and do.

Policies

No-Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted inside suites, on balconies, or anywhere on the premises. Violation results in a $500.00 fine on your final bill.

Pet Policy: The Monte Carlo property maintains a strict no-pet policy for all short-term and long-term stays.
