Arrival Access: Please ensure you have your building access code available at all times.

Suite Amenities & Operation

Climate Control: The suite temperature is preset to 72 degrees. You may adjust the Smart Nest or Honeywell thermostat between 68 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit.

Washer and Dryer: Units are stacked and located in the hallway next to the entrance door.

Dishwasher: Use only the provided dishwashing detergent pods found under the sink. Do not use liquid detergent.

Stove and Oven: A gas stovetop is available for use. For safety, do not place any items on top of the stove except for pots and pans.

Refrigerator: Your suite includes a top-of-the-line refrigerator equipped with a filtered water fountain feature.

HD TV and Streaming: Each suite has an HD smart TV with streaming apps.

Building Amenities

Rooftop Terrace (R Floor): Open access is provided for all Dharma Home Suites guests.

Lounge Area (R Floor): A cozy lounge area is available, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and wide-screen TV. A common washroom and shower are located on the same floor; access codes are provided upon check-in.

On-Site Yoga (2nd Floor): Real Hot Yoga Studio is located in the building. Please note this is not an amenity offered by Dharma Home Suites; guests may access the studio for an additional fee unrelated to Dharma Home Suites.

Trash and Recycling

Trash and Recycling: Rooms are located near the exit door on each floor.

Trash chutes are beside the exit. All disposable trash must be bagged in plastic before being placed in the chute.

Recyclables should be separated and placed in blue receptacles. Do not place pizza boxes in the chute as they cause clogging.

Policies

No-Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted inside suites, on balconies, or anywhere on the premises. Violation results in a $500.00 fine on your final bill.

Pet Policy: The Novia property is not pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted for short-term or long-term stays.
